I was supposed to blog about this, when I saw it on TV the other day but as our dsl (internet provider) connection won't permit it, I am just doing it now and most of you folks might already know what I am talking about.
Angel Locsin together with her showbiz friends created a shopping website, actually, it is more of an online auction site, wherein the proceeds will go straight to the Philippine National Red Cross to fund the ongoing relief and rehabilitation projects for the victims of typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) and Pepeng (Parma) around Luzon.
So, if you have a few hundred dollars to spare and you love designer bags, shoes, etc., which could be more valuable as it is pre-owned by local celebrities, do visit shopandshare.ph, and in the process you are helping millions of Filipinos who are staggering to build their lives after the storm (literally).
The auction list, at the moment, has Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Burberry bags, as well as Louis Vuitton and Tory Burch shoes from actress Angel Locsin, Anne Curtis, Kris Aquino, Ruffa Gutierrez, among others.
I was never really an Angel Locsin fan, and as I seldom watch TV, I didn't even know that she's an ambassador of Red Cross, but in all honesty, I admire her for doing this.
I wish I can shop and share, I love that pink Hermes bag from Angel *sigh*.
