One of my cousins who is taking Business Administration in college asked me a favor a few days ago, she wants me to do some research about Personal Injury, if I remember correctly, she's going to do a report about personal injury, its scope and limitations and its effect on business. But because my hands were full these past few days plus the fact that I don't feel like moving and thinking much more researching, I am a few days off. But no worries, I was in college once and the rule of the game back then was cramming and though I considerably aged, I still got my cramming groove *grins*.
What I know so far I got from AnswerGator, personal injury cases arise when an individual is injured due to the negligence or intentional, harmful acts of another individual or party, the more common types of personal injuries are car and workplace accidents, slipping and falling, and due to defective products but what really caught my attention was the idea that breach of contract is also considered as a personal injury. I did not know that that, do you? It is said that when a person suffered emotionally or with a great financial loss because of a breach in contract, he/she can sue the person or group of persons who were to be blame in the unfulfilled contract, the incapacity of an individual to function and earn a living is considered as a personal injury. And with all personal injury cases, one can always find a legal recourse to seek compensation.
Not everyone are concern, I know, its just that I suddenly realized that one's quest for education and learning never ends. I did the research to help a relative but in the end I learned a little something, too.
