Moving Forward

I had a chat with a college friend, a very dear one at that, two nights ago about her recent divorce and her plans as she moves forward. She and her husband of 11 years decided to separate almost a year ago but their divorce was just finalized last month. She got married right after college, she met her American husband through her sister who works in the US, we kept connected but the last time I saw her in person was about four or five years ago when she and her husband visited the country to spend a summer getaway by the beach. I know that they love each other but as my friend says, priorities and goals in life change and people tend to follow suit.

Anyway, I was surprised by what she has told me, she's gonna come home to Manila and she may stay for a long while. She's currently taking care of her properties, the ones allotted to her by the court, to make her life here and in the US (in case she changes her mind and come back) smooth and easy. She asked me (to ask my pop) where or what company in Cincinnati should she get to handle her property leasing and rentals, in case you wanna know, my parents lived and worked in the Land of the Free for more than thirty years so they kinda know some stuff and some people.

My pop suggested Real Property Management, he was convinced that the said company can help my friend in putting her property in the rental and leasing market without the hassle and they can assist her throughout the whole process up to collecting rents and dealing with evictions, she can also be sure that the company will take care of her property in her absence.

Now, all I have to do is to wait for her homecoming.
