Okay, I confess, I spend more than half of my time everyday in front of the computer, and yes, I just sum and calculated it. I could reason that it is part of the job, or, worst, an occupational hazard, as we have a computer/internet shop but as much as I would love to think that I have no hand in this matter, I know otherwise.
I spend fourteen hours or more online (or not), doing various stuff, a number of that hours are use tweaking and updating my blogs and doing some online opportunities (Mylot, Microworkers) and then the rest are spend hanging out in Facebook, not to connect with friends and relatives but to play, I know you know what I mean, Facebook has loads of fun applications and some of you might be as into playing those as I am *wriggling index finger*.
Fad is defined as a fashion, custom, style, hobby or anything in between that many people are interested in for a short period of time; fad is something that will pass. Is Facebook-ing a fad? Or, are we that hooked to be considered under FAD - Facebook Addiction Disorder?
I think, a little self-observation is necessary, what say you?
