Hubby's at the airport right now, he's going to fetch his father who will arrived from U.A.E. My father-in-law decided to take an early retirement, five years early I think, he's just 55. It was a decision well-embraced by his children, as my hubby said, they (he and his siblings) are all grown-up and (he wants to believe) are capable of taking care of themselves, and by retiring early he can, at least, experience the life that he had forgone in order to earn a living in the Middle East, and I think it's time he have a taste of the fruits of his own labor *grins*.
One of his foremost goal when he come home is to find a suitable car for him and the family, as far as I know he has his eye pointed at a pick-up truck or a big van, though there are a number of new and used car dealers here in the metro, I think finding one that he likes will take some time as they need to go from place to place to inquire and compare prices. Hubby and I had been talking about that ever since his pop mentioned it, he wanted to gather as much information as he can on different types of vehicles, the advantages and disadvantages of one from the other, the services and/or freebies given by car dealers and of course, the prices and mode of payments. And as I am always online, he asked me a favor, actually, he kinda ordered me *grins* to look around the net for used cars (he thinks that buying brand new will put a big dent on his father's savings), and because I love my hubby (plus other ulterior motives), I obliged. I found this website which boast of having a massive database of used cars and when I browsed around, scanning and examining cars that passed my fancy, I couldn't help but agree, they, actually, do have a huge collection of used cars for sale which run the gamut from private individuals to used and independent dealership. Aside from that, they don't only cater to a used car buyer but, also, to those who are looking for a new one or for those who are in the hunt for contract hire and car leasing, as well as for those who wants to sell their vehicles. It's like a one-stop-shopping store, pretty nifty eh?
The problem is, I think, their services are only available to UK residents, I am trying to find out at the moment if they have a Philippine counterpart. I hope they do *fingers crossed*!
